Tip T900 - Make sure the Accesibility Features are not enabled by mistake. If you are not disabled it or you donΓÇÖt use them itΓÇÖs best to either uninstall them or disable them.
Fix: Go to Control Panel\Add/Remove Programs\Windows Setup and uncheck Accessibility Options. On Windows 2000/XP/2003 you cannot fully remove them, so just disable them.
